CINCINNATI (Nov. 18, 2024) – Rock legends George Thorogood and the Destroyers will bring their “Baddest Show on Earth” tour to Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati on Valentines Day, Friday, February 14, at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale at HardRockCasinoCincinnati.com via Ticketmaster on Friday, November 22 at 10 a.m.
With his band the Delaware Destroyers (later known simply as “The Destroyers”), Thorogood has released more than 20 albums, two of which have been certified Platinum and six have been certified Gold, including Bad to the Bone in 1982. The band had two more gold studio albums in the 1980s, Maverick and Born to Be Bad. Thorogood’s music became part of the soundtrack of the ‘80s, with singles such as “Bad to the Bone,” “Who Do You Love” and “One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer.” Thorogood is touring with high school friend and longtime Destroyer Jeff Simon (drums), along with Bill Blough (bass), Jim Suhler (guitar) and Buddy Leach (saxophone). He has sold 15 million records worldwide and in 2024 the band celebrates its 50th anniversary of performing.
